"The course is awesome, I love how it shows both the formal lecture and throwing coaching portions. It allows you to practically apply what you are being taught. Very relevant information for my line of work at the HS level, the ability to work my athletes with a low weight and still get maximum return is perfect great!"

- Tori Brown, HS Coach and Power Athlete Coach

"Dynamic Power Development is one of the most informative courses I have taken on developing power and throwing. I had the pleasure of attending Derek's presentations, so revisiting this in a course has been a treat. The presentation and written lessons are extremely digestible. This has made the implementation easy and applicable to use with my athletes. Derek's use of analogy, along with precise details of the movement patterns, has made my communication better as a coach when trying to explain to athletes what I am looking for in throwing. Take advantage of this opportunity to learn from one of the best in the industry!"

- Matt Sullivan, CSCS and Power Athlete Coach
