Andy Stumpf [@andystumpf212], former Navy SEAL turned world record holder and business executive consultant, spends his days just like the rest of us. If he's not researching gravity's effects the human body free falling through the skies of Switzerland in a wing suit, he's kicking in the doors of C-suite offices ensuring that the lessons learned from over a decade of sustained combat are retained, refined, and utilized by leaders in the business world.

Okay, so maybe Andy's day-to-day falls outside "the norm". He spent 17 years in the SEALs and executed hundreds of combat operations throughout the world in support of the Global War on Terror, so the fact that he's living a life at high speed should come as no surprise.

Andy recounts the origin of the SEALs and how they grew as a unit into what is glorified as one SOCOM's most elite fighting forces. Andy brilliantly weaves in the principles of leadership and the importance of evolving, innovating, and adapting to the world around you. Failure to do so in the civilian world might lead to a loss in sales, a reduction in workforce, or the closure of the business. In contrast, failure to evolve in the SEALs leads to loss in life.

Andy's talk will send you off with a new take on leadership. Find out what it takes to evolve into a leader and the importance of stress, flex, and failure in your journey.
